By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI Generation and User Content

The service lets you upload photos and request synthetic videos based on a reference dance. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to any rights held by other people or organizations. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, process, and display it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload and process every photo, video, audio file, and other material you submit. We do not require a separate authorization confirmation before generation, but you remain responsible for obtaining permission from people depicted in your content. Do not use the service for non-consensual impersonation, harassment, fraud, unlawful discrimination, sexually explicit content involving a person without consent, or any other unlawful or harmful purpose.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or different from the reference material. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before sharing or publishing them and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

Third-Party AI and Storage Providers

To operate the generation workflow, we may send uploaded media and generation instructions to third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including Cloudflare R2, Kie.ai, and Replicate. These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may change providers or temporarily suspend a provider when needed to operate or secure the service.

Some media must be available through a delivery URL so third-party processors can retrieve it. Do not upload content that you are not comfortable sending to these providers.

Content Retention and Deletion

Uploaded media may be retained for processing, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and delivery of generated results. Generated videos saved to your account remain available until you remove them or the account is closed, subject to technical backups and provider retention periods. You may remove saved videos from your video library or contact us to request deletion of associated content. Deletion from backups or third-party systems may take additional time.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
