AI Processing and Media URLs

To generate a video, we may send uploaded photos, reference media, and generation settings to the third-party providers described above. These providers may process the media in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Some processing steps require a delivery URL that the provider can retrieve. Depending on the workflow, a media URL may be public or accessible to anyone who has the URL, so you should avoid uploading sensitive or confidential material.

We do not use uploaded photos to train a general-purpose AI model. We use them to provide the requested generation workflow, maintain the service, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Uploaded media may be retained while a task is processing and for a limited operational period afterward. Generated videos remain in your account until you remove them or close your account, subject to backups and third-party provider retention periods. You can delete saved videos from your video library and may contact us to request deletion of associated media. Deletion from backups or third-party systems may take additional time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
